Non Contact Tonometry –measures intraocular pressure to screen for glaucoma Automated Pachemetry– more accurate assessment of: the intraocular pressure to screen for glaucoma; corneal thickness to assess suitability for laser eye surgery and corneal swelling due to contact lens wear Automated Refractor –more accurate prescription for eye wear and contact lens correction Automated Keratometer –more accurate assessment of corneal curvature, needed for contact lens fittings

Examination Room Equipment: Topcon CV5000 and DL 1P

	CV5000 – allows us to determine your astigmatism to the exact degree, not possible with convential dials and allows an instant comparison between new and old prescription
	DL 1P – this latest digital microscope, allows us to examine and photograph all eye tissue including the cornea, lens, retina, optic nerve and macula area
